Dated "1938" on the chamber with the "S/42" code on the toggle. "Eagle/63" proofs on the barrel and extension, "droop wing eagle" firing proofs on the barrel, extension, and breechblock. "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" markings are present on the upper safety area and extractor respectively, with a full blue finish and checkered walnut grips. External numbers are matching overall, including both of the blue finished alloy base magazines (with one properly bearing a "+" stamp between the suffix and the "eagle/63" stamp. Also included with the pistol is a black leather holster, marked "WILH.BRAND/HEIDELBERG", "1938" and "WaA204" on the back, and an "eagle/63" marked takedown tool.

Excellent, with 95% plus of the original blue finish, showing some bright edge wear and light handling marks. The grips are excellent, with some light dings and dark spots on the crisp checkering. The holster is very fine, with some light cracking and scuffing. Mechanically excellent.
