With the exception of the red-filled dot in the "fire" position beneath the safety switch and a few internal components, this pistol shows a full gold finish, with fine oak leaf custom engraving and textured backgrounds over 90% of the surface. The standard markings are preserved (minus the "eagle/N" proof on the slide), including the matching external numbers on the slide and frame, and a small "eagle/359" proof on the left side of the slide. The grips are smooth pearl, with an incised black enameled design on the right panel patterned after the Luftwaffe Pilot/Observer Badge. Two magazines are included, one with a blued body and gold-washed base, the other with a pearl and horn base extension. Includes post-war blue leather case.

Very fine as custom embellished, with 95% plus gold finish, showing a bit of edge wear and a few areas of spotting concentrated beneath the grips. The grips are also very fine, with a few light scratches. The spare magazine is missing the spring and metal baseplate. The case is very good, with some scuffing concentrated along the edges. Mechanically excellent.
