Manufactured in Japan by Howa, using the same machinery (and a number of interchangeable components) as the AR-18 automatic rifle; the receiver is factory marked with an additional zero behind the "AR-18" nomenclature to set it apart as a semi-automatic, and the original safety markings were milled out, filled in, and remarked in "SAFE/FIRE" pattern. Additionally, the bayonet lugs have been milled flat. Post front and two-leaf peep rear sights, with a scope mounting block on the receiver, ribbed ventilated handguard, "AR-18" pistol grip, green canvas sling and folding stock.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, with 95% plus of the original factory finish, showing some small areas of brown patina, light handling marks and a small amount of spotting. The furniture is excellent, with some minor scratches. Mechanically excellent.
