Rating Definition:

Fine with traces of original finish, mostly dark brown and gray patina, some mild oxidation/pitting, aged patina on the silver, distinct markings and engraving, and mild overall wear. The grip is also fine and has some minor dings and scrapes in the otherwise crisp checkering. Mechanically fine including the bayonet mechanisms. The relined case is very good and has mild wear and one detached corner protector (included). The powder flask spring is broken; otherwise, the accessories are very good and have mostly mild storage wear. This is a very interesting pair of 19th century flintlock pistols combining some unusual features.
