Fine-adjustable blade front and tangent rear sights, "1916" date on the chamber and "DWM" monogram on the toggle link. Three "crown/letter" proofs are present on the right side of the barrel extension, with Imperial Eagle firing proofs on the extension, barrel and breechblock. Numbers are matching overall, including the grips and the magazine base. Proper "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" markings on the upper safety position and extractor respectively, with a pair of checkered grips and a nickel finished magazine. Included with the Luger is a proper style board stock (sans leather hardware) numbered to match this pistol, and a 2nd model Bing Brothers "snail drum" magazine numbered "340796".

Excellent, with 95% of the original blue finish, showing some areas of gray and brown patina, a few tiny scattered patches of pitting, edge wear and mild handling marks. The small parts retain 75% original straw color, with bright niter blue on the sear spring and parts of the rear sight. The grips are also excellent, with a few light dings on the otherwise sharp checkering. The stock is very good with some stains and dents. The excellent drum magazine has not been test loaded but appears to be in fine working order. Mechanically excellent.
