These later versions of the Mass. Arms Co. Maynard Primed Pocket Revolvers were manufactured after the expiration of Samuel Colt's patent in 1857, with only around 1,500-2,000 manufactured in a few variations before production stopped around 1860. It has the standard Mass. Arms and Maynard markings as well as 25% coverage floral scroll engraving and floral/naval/arms themed etching on the cylinder. "15" is marked under the primer door on the frame, the back of the door, right side of the grip strap, and hand written on the back of the grips, and "521" is on the bottom of the top strap and top of the cylinder pin. Includes a length of primer tape.

Excellent overall, retains 90% bright original blue finish and 80% original case colors with the balance a smooth grey patina. The grips have some minor dings and scratches and retain most of the varnish. Mechanically excellent.
