U.S.A" with a matte, concave rib, single bead sight, automatic ejectors, chambers measured at 2 3/4 inches, standard markings on the flats, and "68/75" pellet count markings on the rear barrel lug. Casehardened box lock action with full coverage, fine scroll engraving, detailed hunting dog scenes on the side featuring a pair of setters on the right and pointers on the left. Each side is inscribed "REMINGTON ARMS CO." directly below the dogs. The trigger guard and tangs are engraved to match. With dual triggers and automatic sliding tang safety. Nicely figured multi-point checkered pistol grip stock and forearm with fancy scroll ribbon borders, Anson style push button latch, engraved fittings, scalloped horn grip cap, blank silver initial oval, and serrated horn buttplate.

Excellent. 90% original Damascus pattern finish remains on the barrels with some minor edge wear, light gray patina, and some small nicks and scratches. The receiver has 80% original vibrant case colors with an attractive gray patina on the balance, crisp, well defined engraving, and minor edge wear on the guard. The wood is fine with attractive figure, crisp checkering, small scattered dings and some wear on the buttplate. Mechanically excellent.
