Manufactured in 1912. Features standard sights, the one-line address on the top of the barrel, "COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER" on the left side of the barrel, the two-line patent marking and circled Rampant Colt trademark on the left side of the frame, the "VP" proof and a "W" on the left side of the trigger guard, matching serial numbers, and replacement checkered rosewood grips with Colt medallions.

Fine with 50% refinished blue on the barrel, and cylinder, 25% original blue on the grip straps, patches of strong original case colors, mottled gray and brown patina on the balance, some minor spotting, and general mild wear. The replacement, custom made grips are very fine and have crisp checkering, smooth varnished finish, and light scratches and edge wear. Mechanically fine.
