Description:

Manufactured in 1914. Half-moon front and round-top notch sights, with serrations at the rear of the slide, two-line, two-block address and patent dates on the left side ahead of the circled Rampant Colt and the caliber markings on the right. Fitted with a casehardened spur hammer, royal blue slide catch and trigger, and smooth mother of pearl grips with deep set Colt medallions.

Rating Definition:

Extremely fine, with 85% plus of the bright original high polish blue, showing scattered light scratches and handling marks, a ding visible on the underside of the frame, areas of mixed brown patina concentrated on the grip straps with, bright edge wear on the forward slide. The grips are excellent, with a few small scratches. Mechanically excellent.
