Manufactured in 1918. Standard blade front and frame notch rear sights, "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" marking on underside of barrel, "flaming bomb" proof on left side of frame with an "eagle head/S6" inspection marks. Smooth walnut grips with a lanyard loop on the butt.

Very fine. 90% original blue finish remains with areas of edge and muzzle wear, cylinder drag line, and handling marks overall. The grips are very good with several deeper dings. Mechanically excellent.

Standard markings and features with the left side of the frame marked "PROPERTY OF/USMC" indicating issue to the U.S. Maritime Commission. With smooth walnut grips and lanyard loop on the butt.
