The left breast pocket flap is fitted with a World War One Victory Medal with clasps for St. Mihiel, Meuse-Argonne and "Defensive Sector", and a small triangular patch featuring a red devil with a bomb on the right breast; this appears to be the unit emblem of the 96th Squadron, America's first bomber squadron. No tags are visible on the interior. 2) Army tunic outfitted for an enlisted man whose patch represents the 11th Aero, green wool construction with round "US" and "winged propeller" collar pins, a set of Corporal's chevrons on the right arm, and a large black block "A" on the left shoulder over a patch of "Mr. Jiggs" carrying a bomb, one red chevron, and one gold chevron. Tags for Franklin Simon & Company of New York City are present on the interior. The duty in St. Mihiel and Meuse-Argonne's 1st and 2nd offense were credited with 32 bombing operations and 13 victories.
