This is an early Springfield Armory BM59 marked receiver assembled with Beretta BM59 parts. The original Beretta BM59 was developed after WWII as an improved version of the WWII M1 Garand in 7.62 Nato. The BM59 is the semi-automatic civilian version that uses a Springfield Armory made receiver with original Italian made parts. It has a flash hider/muzzle brake, a flip up grenade sight, bayonet lug, and folding winter trigger. Includes six extra magazines and a folding bipod.

Excellent, retaining 98% original finish with light handling evidence. The wood is very fine with a few dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
