This is an early Springfield Armory M1A style receiver manufactured BM59, marked with Beretta BM59 parts. The Beretta BM59 was developed after WWII as an improvement upgrade of the WWII M1 Garand in 7.62 Nato. The BM69 is the semi-automatic civilian version that uses a Springfield Armory made receiver with original Italian made parts. It has a flash hider/muzzle brake, standard Garand style sights, a flip up grenade sight, bayonet lug, folding bipod, detachable magazine, folding winter trigger, clip slot and bolt release. Mounted on a smooth walnut pistol grip stock with rubber butt pad.

Excellent with 98% plus original parkerized finish, some mild edge wear, and light cycling marks on the receiver. The stock is also excellent with just a few small dings. Mechanically excellent.
