Founded in 1955, just after the end of the post-war prohibitions on German firearm production. The Willi Korth firm produced only 7,141 revolvers between 1964 and 1981. Each revolver was bench made by one of five full-time gunsmiths, producing only about 120 total revolvers annually with each individual revolver comprising approximately 70 man-hours of work and 600 distinct manufacturing operations. Unlike the then standard mass produced revolvers, Korth components were neither cast nor milled, instead the individual parts were ground from steel forgings and individually hand fit. Manufactured in 1965. 384 revolvers in this configuration were manufactured between 1965 and 1966. With serrated ramped Patridge blade front and fully adjustable rear notch sights, and German commercial proofs on the right side of the barrel. The cylinder is released by pulling out on the ejector rod, and the entire cylinder assembly can be removed by depressing a button on the right side of the frame. Smooth trigger with adjustable stop, and wide serrated hammer. Standard markings on the right side of the frame. With checkered grips and smooth back strap. The frame is import marked just under the cylinder. With original box.

Excellent. 95% plus original blue finish remains with some faint edge wear, small surface scratches, light cylinder rotation line, and handling marks. Grips are also excellent with some small dings and sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Box is fine with edge and corner wear, storage marks, and clearly legible label.
