Manufactured in 1939 with standard markings and features. The included factory letter confirms the current configuration except for the grips which are not listed as well as shipment to Milwaukee, Wisconsin on 9 May 1940. Includes the original Colt maroon box.

Excellent, retains 97% plus frosted original nickel finish, some scattered light handling marks, and a faint cylinder drag line. The replacement grips are excellent with minimal handling evidence.
