Casehardened box lock receiver with third fastener, light engraving, standard proofs on the water table, underside of receiver marked "A. FRANCOTTE/LIEGE", single non-selective trigger, and automatic sliding tang safety. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock and splinter forearm with Anson latch, engraved fittings, and serrated plastic buttplate. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech reproofed at "13.8/13.9" (.543/.547) and measured at .547/.548; choke constriction .010/.019; minimum wall thickness .028/.030; drop at comb 1 1/2 inches; drop at heel 2 inches; length of pull 14 1/4 inches; weight 4 lbs. 13 oz.

Very fine. 99% professionally restored, possibly by the factory, blue finish remains with some very light muzzle wear and surface scratches. The receiver has vibrant restored case colors and some small handling marks. The wood is also very fine with crisp freshened checkering, and some small dings and scratches. There is noticeable play in frame to wood fit. Mechanically excellent.
