Manufactured in 1956. It has standard Winchester markings including the factory oval proof on the barrel and receiver, barrel tapped for sight mounting at the muzzle, scope blocks, late safety, polished bolt numbered to gun, straight receiver tang, sling swivels, palm rest and target stock with checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine. The rifle retains 97% original blue finish showing some minor high edge wear and some minor scratches. The stock is fine with some minor pressure dents and scratches (heavier on the underside of the forearm) and some chipping near the stock toe. Mechanically excellent.
