This carbine is a prototype of the tang mounted safety on a Model 94AE. It has standard barrel markings including a Winchester "WP" proof. The receiver is unmarked except for the experimental serial number "TSX005" and features the prototype safety on the upper tang. The included FN America Certificate of Provenance identifies the carbine by model and serial number, stating that it was previously a part of the Winchester Factory Collection where it was maintained by U.S. Repeating Arms.

Excellent overall, retains 99% plus original blue finish with only the slightest handling marks. Factory grease throughout. Mechanically excellent.
