Manufactured in 1942. Hooded blade front and stamped adjustable rear sights, Remington "3-43" barrel, stamped trigger guard, stamped barrel bands and standard markings on the receiver ring. The stock is the straight grip "scant" style, with "RA" and "FJA" stamped on the left side next to the "crossed cannons" Ordnance mark and a flat checkered steel buttplate.

Excellent, with 97% plus combination original parkerized and blue finish, showing some mild wear concentrated around the front sight base, and light handling marks. The stock is also excellent, with mild scattered light dings and scuffs. Mechanically excellent.
