Fixed sights, with "1940" on the chamber and "42" on the top of the toggle. Two "eagle/655" proofs and one "eagle/swastika" firing proof are marked on the right side of the receiver. A smaller "eagle/swastika" firing proof is on the right side of the barrel and left side of the breechblock. A smaller "eagle/655" proof is on the upper left side of the barrel. The upper safety position and extractor are marked "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" respectively. Finish is full blue, with checkered grips and two blued magazines with alloy bases. Minus the grips, serial numbers are matching overall, including both of the renumbered magazines (one bearing the traditional "+" spare magazine mark). Includes a brown leather holster with "P.08", "1940", and faint maker's marks (possibly Rudolf Conte of Offenbach, WaA668) on the back.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, with 80% of the blue finish, showing extensive cold blue touch up on most of the surfaces. The grips are very fine, with a few dings and dark spots. Some dents and polishing marks are present on the magazine bases. The holster is very good, with a few scratches and scuffs. Mechanically excellent.
