Manufactured in 1945 in the streamlined "war model" configuration. Blade front and tangent rear sights, a stamped metal "byf" floorplate and trigger guard set, matching numbered bolt, and a "WaA135" proofed stock with screw-mounted bands and a cupped buttplate.

Very fine, with 75% of the original combination blue/phosphate finish, showing areas of gray patina, light spotting and mild handling marks. The stock is fine, with some dents and scuffs. Mechanically excellent.
