The revolver has a .22 caliber insert with threads at the muzzle fitted with a brass nut and leather washer. The cylinder is stepped and has Birmingham proofs. See pages 223 and 224 of "Webley Revolvers" by Bruce and Reinhart for a similarly outfitted revolver. Aside from the conversion, it has the standard markings and features. It comes with a leather case with reproduction interior lid label, green velvet lining, a wood cartridge block, 36 .297/230 Morris Short cartridges, and a cleaning rod with mop and patches.

Very fine with 70% original blue finish, gray and brown patina on the balance, some minor oxidation, mild pitting mainly on the hammer, and general scratches and marks. The grips are very good and have mostly crisp checkering, moderate scratches and marks, and edge wear. Mechanically excellent. The case is very good and has mild age and storage wear.
