Manufactured by Selby Smelting & Lead Co., which was in operation from 1884 to 1970 in Contra Costa County, California. The box lid is covered on three sides with the red, white, and blue Selby label which details the count and load of the cartridges. On a third side of the lid is a Winchester Repeating Arms Co. patent sticker. The bottom of the box features the blue and white Selby guarantee label.

Fine, retains bright colors and most of the label with some moderate wear and flaking. The cartridges appear to be in very good condition with minimal wear.
