Manufactured in 1932 and subsequently cut down from a longer barrel to make a riot gun. Single bead sight, standard barrel markings, 2 3/4 inch chamber, and cylinder choke (marked "FULL"). Matching numbers on the receiver and barrel collar with "VER. CO." stamped on the left side of the receiver. 18 groove round forearm and pistol grip stock with checkered, hard rubber Winchester buttplate. Length of pull is 13 3/4 inches.

Fine as shortened with 80% original blue finish, areas of flaking and mottled brown patina, edge wear, and numerous small surface nicks and scratches. The wood is very fine with 85% plus original finish, scattered small dings, and a few larger dents on the buttstock. Mechanically excellent.
