This is an original, pre-ban, West German HK 91 semi-automatic rifle manufactured circa 1981 and imported via HK Inc. of Arlington, Virginia. This is the semi-automatic version of the famous German Army G3 rifle, which uses the same delayed-roller block type action. This rifle comes with the rare original Schmidt & Bender 1.5-6X sniper scope mounted in its original SchuBrichtung marked HK mount. The scope is calibrated for 150 grain bullets and has the original style range finding reticle, same as the German Army scopes. The rifle has the rotating drum type rear sight graduated 100-400 meters, post front sight and original flash hider. The left side is marked "HK9/A043905/Cal.308/German Eagle/N proofmark" followed by the year date code "IB" (1981), and it has the "0-1" marked trigger group/safety markings. Fitted with the original HK, wide, black plastic handguard, pistol grip and polymer stock. This example comes with plethora of original HK/German manufacture accessories that includes an HK folding bipod, folding carrying handle, leather sling, and original matching (blueish color) HK telescoping paratrooper stock. It also comes with a rare original German Army, Eickhorn (squirrel) marked wire cutting bayonet and scabbard, original heavy recoil buffer, a small tin case cleaning kit (complete), nine original HK/German Army date code marked steel, 20-shot magazines, one rare 5-shot hunting type magazine and two HK instruction manuals.

Excellent with 98% of the original HK blueish type metal finish overall with the typical light minor handling marks around the edges of the magazine well and the top cover where the scope has been mounted. The black plastic/polymer handguard, pistol grip and buttstock are all in excellent condition. The sniper scope and mount also retain 98% of their original finish with crystal clear optics. The various accessories, telescoping stock, bayonet and magazines are all in excellent like new condition.
