Manufactured in 1900 and chambered in the desirable .22 W.R.F. caliber. The barrel is marked with the two-line address and caliber designation on the top barrel flat. Fitted with dovetailed beaded blade front and elevation adjustable notch rear sights. The upper tang is marked with the three-line model designation/patent marking and serial number on the lower tang. The left side of the upper tang is marked "WRF", left side of the lower tang marked "11274 XXX", and the buttplate and buttstock under it are marked "11274". Mounted with a twelve-groove slide handle and checkered pistol grip stock with hard rubber grip cap and crescent buttplate. The included factory letter confirms the caliber and checkered pistol grip stock as well as receipt at the factory on 19 April 1901 and shipment the same day in order number 95623.

Fine, retains 60% original blue finish and 50% plus original case colors with the balance a smooth grey patina with a few patches of very light pitting. The wood is fine with some minor dings and scratches scattered throughout, a stabilized reglued crack visible in the left top side of the wrist, and well-defined checkering overall. Mechanically excellent.
