Description:

Introduced in 1906. Scarce blue finish; generally encountered with a nickel plating. S&W medallion pearl grips and matching serial numbers on the butt, cylinder, and barrel. Comes with a proper factory box.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, retaining 90% plus original blue finish with the balance thinning to a brown. 95% original case colors remain on the hammer and trigger. The grips are also very fine with minimal chipping along the edges and handling marks and fiery colors. Mechanically excellent. The repaired box is fair with a couple repairable lid corner splits. Provenance: Dr. Gerald Klaz collection.
