Description:

Introduced in 1906; relatively early 2nd model (serial number range began at 4576). Scarce blue finish; generally encountered with a nickel plating. Non-medallion pearl grips and matching serial numbers on the butt, cylinder, and barrel.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, retaining 85% original blue finish with the balance thinning to a brown. 80% original case colors remain on the hammer and trigger. The slightly undersized grips are very good with chipping along the edges and fiery colors. Mechanically excellent. Provenance: Dr. Gerald Klaz collection.
