W. Longhurst" inscribed oval and checkered hard rubber buttplate embossed with the Rampant Colt.

Very fine with 75% original blue exhibiting areas of cold blue touch ups (on central barrel and left side of frame), minor scratches and marks throughout, and slight oxidation. The pump handle is also very good and has crisp checkering, nice figure, and minor handling wear, The buttstock is very good aside from a chip at the upper right corner of the wrist and has nice figure, mild scratches on the sides of the butt, and light handling wear. Mechanically excellent.
