Manufactured in 1905 with a desirable 4 inch barrel lacking an ejector. The factory letter lists this revolver with a 4 inch barrel in .45 caliber, blue finish, and type of stocks not listed when shipped to Chas. J. Godfrey Co. of New York City on August 19, 1905, as part of a 39 gun shipment. The cylinder is numbered to a different gun ("681"). Matching assembly number "21" on loading gate and grip frame.

Fine, retaining 50% plus bright original high polish blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina. The cylinder has some minor pitting mixed with mild spotting. The grips are also fine showing some high edge wear, some minor handling marks, and crisp checkering overall. Mechanically excellent.
