Manufactured in 1903. Features factory pattern floral scroll engraving on the barrel, frame and light scroll engraving on the cylinder flats. The top of the ejector rod housing and rear edge of the cylinder have a simple wavy line and dot design, there is a feather design on the top strap and a floral pattern on the trigger guard and loading gate. The top of the barrel is marked with the one line address bordered by a simple line and dot design. The left side is marked "45 COLT" in a banner and the left side of the frame is marked with the two line, three patent dates followed by the circled Rampant Colt. The revolver is finished in nickel with a silver plated cylinder. Fitted with a unique smooth two piece pearl grip with wood filler. No factory letter is available, but might prove rewarding for one to order!

Very good as factory reworked (star present on right rear trigger guard) and replated with 85% of the nickel finish remaining and most of the age darkened silver remaining on the heavily polished cylinder. There are some scattered minor dings and scratches on the underside of the barrel, smooth gray patina on the front portion of he frame and some minor flaking on the hammer. There is some blistering in the cylinder flutes and as noted above the silver has darkened with age. The grip is also very good with a moderate chip repair on the upper right side and overall light handling marks. The markings and engraving are clear. The action functions but is missing the safety notch in the hammer.
