This is a quality made scaled down functional copy of the Colt-Gatling Model 1876 in .22 LR only (per consignor). Brass construction with wooden wheels, with the underside of the main body marked "MADE BY:/DOUGLAS & CORINNE FURR/APRIL 21, 1983 OREM, UT./MODEL 1876 GATLING GUN/CALIBER .22 SHORT, LONG, L.R./BUILT IN 1/2 SCALE MADE IN U.S.A." The top of the body is fitted with a miniature Colt Gatling gun plaque. Includes a scaled down Broadwell type magazine. The major components and most of the small parts are stamped with the serial number "11". With a hardwood carriage with brass fittings and yoke, transom and elevation adjustment, storage compartment for extra small parts. Carriage measures 22 inches high at the wheels, 32 3/4 inches wide across the axle, and approximately 34 inches long from the axle to the rear.

Very fine, showing mostly a bright finish with some light grey patina on the barrels, some scattered attractively aged areas on the brass, some scattered light spotting, and some mild wear on the brass wheel rims from rolling. The wood carriage is excellent with a few scattered minor dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
