Introduced in the 1980s to be a faithful reproduction of the beloved Parker double barrel 28 gauge shotgun. With single brass bead sight on the concave matte rib, "IMP. CYL/MOD" marked chokes, and 2 3/4 chambers with ejectors. The receiver has floral scroll designs with dogs on point on the sides and three pheasants taking flight on the bottom. The engraving extends to the break lever, trigger guard and forearm hardware. Single selective trigger and automatic tang safety. With a nicely figured walnut, checkered, straight grip stock and forearm with engraved fittings, blank initial oval, and engraved skeleton buttplate over a checkered bare butt. With leather bound Parker Reproduction takedown case, snap caps, and cloth case cover. Stock measurements are: drop at comb 1 3/8 inches; drop at heel 2 1/4 inches; length of pull 14 1/8 inches.

Very good, retaining 97% original blue finish on the barrels with some light forearm marks on the underside. The receiver has 50% case colors with the balance a bright silver patina, well defined engraving, and handling marks. The wood is excellent with sharp checkering, and some small scattered dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent. Case is very good with some exterior dings and scuffs.
