The serial number is marked on the butt and the matching assembly number "5735" is marked on the rear face of the cylinder, cylinder pin, barrel lug, left side on the frame toe under the grip and hand marked on the inside of the right grip panel. The left side of the frame is absent of any caliber markings. Integral blade front sight, frame notch rear sight, open top frame, scooped cylinder flutes, nickel finish with casehardened hammer and nitre blue trigger and fitted with checkered mottled colored hard rubber grips with a lanyard ring on the butt.

Rating Definition:

Excellent. The revolver retains 99% original nickel finish with some light scattered flaking/blistering and some wear in a couple of the cylinder flutes. The hammer retains most of the original bright case colors and much of the original bright nitre blue finish remains on the trigger. The grips are excellent. The markings are crisp and clear. The action is excellent.
