Manufactured in 1919 with standard markings including Winchester factory oval proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech and chambered in the most popular caliber for deer hunting in the United States. Fitted with a pinned blade front sight, folding ladder rear sight, and saddle ring on the left of the receiver. Mounted with a smooth forearm and straight grip stock with a carbine buttplate. There is a Winchester cardboard sales tag wrapped around the buttstock.

Excellent, retains 98% plus original blue finish with a few scattered light handling marks, some light wear on the front sight blade, and a couple small spots of brown patina on the front barrel band. The buttplate is ill-fitting. The wood is excellent with a few scattered light dings. Mechanically excellent.
