This one is dated "1837" and is in its original flintlock configuration. It has the standard off-set sights and "J.H. HALL/H. FERRY/US/1837" on the breechblock.

Rating Definition:

Extremely fine, retains 60% plus of the original brown, thinning in some areas to reveal a smooth bright grey patina. The wood is excellent with raised feathered grain, some light dings and scratches scattered throughout and a few light chips along the ramrod channel. Mechanically excellent. Appears unfired.
