Manufactured in 1978 and subsequently embellished with nearly full coverage high relief floral scroll engraving. There are gold bands at the muzzle and breech as well as gold longhorn steer head, Native American bust, and frontiersman bust on the recoil shield, loading gate, and top of the back strap respectively. The engraver's mark ("MEO") is at the bottom of the front strap. The hard rubber grips are carved in the same style as the revolver and are marked "Meo/Gonzalez/1978".

Very fine overall as embellished, retains 90% plus blue finish with the back strap faded to a mixed brown patina. There are some scattered minor dings and scratches which continue onto the grips. The grip carving is crisp. Mechanically excellent.
