MUTZIG Arsenal marked lock plate with an "1825" date mark above the vent on the barrel and "1825" dated cartouche on the right side of the stock. Also marked with "B.V.C" on the left side of the stock on the flat and near the toe and a deep "CR" on the left a the heel. Includes a socket bayonet and a leather sling.

Fine with mostly mottled patina and oil staining on the lock and barrel, dark patina on the bayonet, mild pitting, aged patina on the brass furniture, and general mild wear. The stock is very good and has some minor cracks, dents, and scrapes. The markings are generally crisp throughout. Mechanically fine.
