The inside of the forend has an "A" followed by "FJW/II" (B) or "FJW/III" (A) respectively and then a faint mark that appears to be "DR." The pair comes within a closely fitted hardwood case with dark purple lining along with loading and cleaning rods, a mallet, ball mold, "B. A. PARIS" marked flask, container for caps, slot for an absent screwdriver, and two empty compartments for additional accessories.

Rating Definition:

Very fine as period refurbished overall with only very slight handling and storage wear including a slightly bent front sight post. Mechanically excellent. The case and accessories are very good and have mild age and storage related wear, including some flaking and cracks in the case exterior, compression wear and fading on the lining which is coming loose in a few spots, and minor oxidation on the mold.
