The receiver is engraved with detailed game scenes of a stag and hind on the right, rabbits on the left, and a single roe deer on top. The balance features leafy scroll on punch dot backgrounds. Checkered walnut pistol grip stock and forearm with engraved fittings, horn grip cap, raised cheekpiece, blank initial oval, engraved cartridge trap, and game scene embossed hard rubber buttplate with an added engraved metal toeplate. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .668/.669; minimum wall thickness .015/.016; drop at comb 1 3/4 inches; drop at heel 2 13/16 inches; length of pull 13 7/8 inches.

Fine. 97% professionally refinished blue remains on the barrels with light markings, traces of pitting under the blue, and some minor muzzle wear. The receiver is bright with well defined engraving, scattered mild pitting, and vibrant case colors on the lever. The wood is also fine with crisp, freshened checkering, scattered small dings, and some small spots of filler on the buttstock.
