Manufactured in 1952. Hooded, ramped beaded blade front and empty rear sight dovetail, standard barrel markings, Winchester "WP" proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech, and factory drilled and tapped holes on the receiver. Checkered walnut pistol grip stock with sling swivels and checkered blue steel buttplate.

Very fine with 85% original blue finish, some bright muzzle and edge wear, handling marks throughout, and the as mentioned absent rear sight. The wood is also very fine with scattered small dings, mostly sharp checkering, and a few scattered deeper dents. Mechanically excellent.
