Manufactured in September 1941. Standard length carbine barrel chambered for the rare 7mm Mauser cartridge and fitted with a ramp front sight and a two folding leaf rear sight. The receiver is drilled and tapped for a sight mount. Standard markings including the single factory proofs on the barrel and receiver. Polished bolt, hinged floor plate, early cloverleaf receiver tang, and late safety. Checkered pistol grip stock with checkered steel buttplate. Fitted with a Weaver "V12-I" scope.

Very fine. The carbine retains 70% original faded blue finish with the balance a smooth plum patina. The floorplate and trigger guard have been reblued. The buttplate has a smooth gray patina with a series of notches along the edges. The top of the bolt handle has been ground down for a scope. The left side of the stock has a repaired cut-out for a receiver sight mount and the sling swivels have been replaced, otherwise stock is fine with some minor dings and scratches. Overall the checkering is crisp. Mechanically fine.
