Manufactured in 1928. Elevation adjustable bead front and windage adjustable U-notch rear sights, with the two-line address and patent dates on top of the barrel, the caliber marking on the left, and a flat top frame with checkered grip straps. The grip panels are finely checkered, with Colt medallions and matching numbers on the interior.

Excellent, with 95% plus original blue finish, showing some small patches of brown patina/spotting on two of the cylinder flutes, bright edge wear and mild handling marks. The grips are also excellent, with a few minor dings and some light verdigris buildup. Mechanically excellent.
