Manufactured in the 1930s. Blade front and 1000 yard tangent rear sights, with a "crown/crown/U" proof on the side of the chamber, the Mauser Oberndorf address on top of the chamber and on the right side of the frame, and a small ring hammer. Fitted with a pair of unnumbered 12-groove grips. With a hardwood shoulder stock bearing the Mauser Banner stamp on the left side.

Very fine, with 85% plus of the original blue finish, showing some edge wear, areas of brown and gray patina, minor spotting and light handling marks. A number of scratches and tool marks are present, concentrated on the underside of the barrel, the floorplate, and the rear of the frame. The grips are very fine, with some dents and flat spots, and the stock is fine, with areas of brown patina on the hardware and some light scratches and dings overall. Mechanically excellent.
