Blued, chopper lump barrels with chambers measured and marked at 2 3/4 inches, automatic ejectors, extra full/extra full chokes, single bead sight, standard proofs on the flats, and small "WOODCOCK HILL BENTON PA" marking on the underside of the rib. Bright coin finished receiver and lock plates with bushed firing pins, side clips, gold lined cocking indicators, dual triggers (front is articulated), and automatic sliding tang safety. The receiver and locks feature full coverage Purdey style rose and scroll engraving with standard maker's mark on the underside, and matching engraved rolled trigger guard. Checkered walnut pistol grip stock and splinter forearm with engraved fittings, Anson latch, and checkered bare butt. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .747/.733; choke constriction .038/.039; minimum wall thickness .025/.027; drop at comb 1 3/4 inches; drop at heel 2 3/8 inches; length of pull 14 1/2 inches.

Excellent with 99% original blue finish, scattered light handling marks, and crisp engraving. The wood is also excellent with sharp checkering and a few small scattered dings. Mechanically excellent.
