Casehardened action and hand detachable locks with bushed firing pins, gold lined cocking indicators, full coverage fine scroll and floral bouquet engraving, rolled trigger guard, dual triggers, and tang mounted safety. Checkered walnut straight grip stock and splinter forearm with engraved fittings, Anson latch, blank initial oval, and checkered bare butt. With matching numbered 27 1/2 inch barrel set with 2 3/4 inch chambers, and modified/improved modified chokes. The barrel sets are marked "1/2" in gold inlay respectively. Stock measurements are: drop at comb 1 1/2 inches; drop at heel 2 inches; length of pull 14 3/4 inches.

Very good with 95% original blue finish on the barrels, light muzzle wear, handling marks, and some small surface scratches. The receiver has 75% original casehardened finish with a mostly gray patina on the underside, and visible wear on the trigger guard and tangs. The wood is also very good with well defined, crisp checkering and small dings and dents. Mechanically excellent. Second barrel set is very good with light oxidation and edge wear around the muzzles, and scattered surface scratches.
