Part of the early German re-armament program, the "K" date Lugers were manufactured in 1934 in violation of the Treaty of Versailles. Fixed sights, with the "K" date on the chamber, "S/42" code on the front toggle link, faint markings on the right side of the extension and barrel and "droop wing eagle" firing proofs on the barrel, extension and breechblock. Some small parts are straw finished, with niter blue pins and screws, and a blue finished alloy base magazine marked "625/i/+/eagle/63". Aside from the magazine, numbers are matching overall, including the grips. Includes black leather Karl Ackva holster with a stick wing eagle over "WaA102" under the flap and extra non-matching magazine.

Fine with 60% original blue finish remaining, visible dings on the side plate, areas of high point and edge wear, and some pin point surface spotting. 40% of the original straw colors remain. The grips are very good with a chip absent the upper rear of the left panel, mildly worn checkering, and small scattered dings. Mechanically excellent. Holster is good with tight stitching, overall solid construction, small scratches and scuffs, mild surface age cracking.
