The Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) served as the quartermasters office of the National Socialists and later became the chief authority on textiles in the Third Reich. Fixed sights and standard markings, with "crown/N" proofs on the barrel, chamber hood and slide, and the addition of the etched circular "RZM" logo on the left side of the slide between the model marking and the serrations. The interior of the slide is numbered to match the frame with partial serial number "811". Serrated ring hammer, 90 degree safety and checkered brown plastic "WALTHER" banner grips with matching colored grip extension.

Excellent with 97% plus bright original blue finish, areas of mild edge wear, and some small surface scratches. 70% original nitre blue remains on the safety lever. The grips are very fine with crisp checkering, small dings, and the beginning of a crack at the top of the back strap. Mechanically excellent.
