Fixed sights, a blank chamber and "DWM" monogram on the toggle. A set of faint German commercial "crown/letter" proofs are present on the refinished barrel, extension and toggle assembly, with an interior diameter marking and a small shield on the underside of the barrel, "GELADEN" on the left side of the extractor, and a bright polished lower safety position. Originally manufactured for the European market, this pistol is free of the vintage "GERMANY" stamp seen on Lugers destined for the United States during the period of use. Aside from the blank magazine base, matching numbers in the "commercial" pattern are present overall, including on the grip panels. Fitted with straw finished small components, nitre blue springs and pins, and checkered grips.

Very fine, with 95% of the original blue finish on most of the parts except for the barrel which is professionally restored. 80% bright original straw color is present on the small parts, and the grips are very fine, with some mild dents and flat spots. Mechanically excellent.
