Unmarked save for "MAUSER" on top of the front toggle link, "1550V" on the barrel and frame, "50V" on the underside of the receiver and "80" inside the side plate, this pistol was made by an unknown party in emulation of the famously rare 45 Luger semi-automatic pistol. The components appear to be a mixture of new-made parts and vintage Luger components that have been altered/reshaped to match the new size. Blade front and notch rear sights, with a "fat" profile barrel, straw finished small parts, checkered grips and a nickel finished magazine with an unnumbered hardwood base.

Very fine as custom upgraded to current configuration, with 98% plus high quality rust blue finish, showing some light edge wear and handling marks overall. 95% straw color is present on the small parts, and the exceptionally fine quality grips show a few minor dings on the crisp checkering. The hold-open needs adjustment, otherwise mechanically fine.
